The community of Appaloosa Meadows is ideally situated in the small ranch and farm community of Chino Valley Arizona. Located on the high plains of Arizona at an elevation of 4,656 feet, we are only 110 miles from Phoenix, 85 miles from Flagstaff, 35 miles from Jerome, 15 miles from Prescott, 45 miles from Camp Verde, 45 miles from Cottonwood and about 75 miles from Sedona.
